Food & Beverage:
The Food & Beverage team manages Tonka’s Deck & Snack Bar. This includes taking great care of our guests by executing our curated menu, thinking in advance, and prepping for each day based on the anticipated volume of play, pouring beverages, keeping the deck tidy, ensuring inventory is well stocked, and supporting special events.
Greens & Grounds:
While our guests may not have direct contact with the Greens & Grounds team, they will remember the remarkable conditions the course is known for. The Greens & Grounds crew is responsible for all maintenance of our vast and sprawling landscape.
