Online Orders: Fulfillment Policy
DIGITAL VOUCHERS FOR PREPAID GOLF
Prepaid rounds of golf purchased in our online store are distributed in the form of digital vouchers. Upon purchasing, you will receive a digital voucher to your email within 48 business hours. If you’re purchasing a product as a gift, you can fill out the recipient’s name & email address. The digital certificate will send to them with their information on it.
Once you have purchased these rounds, they go into your account at Belgrade Lakes. In order to provide you the best possible experience, you will need to call to schedule a tee time: (207) 495-4653. When you want to redeem your rounds, please let us know when you’re checking in to play that you wish to redeem your Prepaid Rounds and we will track it in your account at the club.
GIFT CARDS
Once you purchase your gift card online, you will receive an email within 48 business hours containing a 6-digit gift card code. This code is all one needs for instant redemption. Digital gift cards cannot be used for online purchases.
Returns & Online Product Cancellations
Once a return is received or valid refund request submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card OR- mailed in check form to the billing name and address. International orders that will be refunded back to the original credit card, and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.
FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCT RETURNS:
You have TEN (10) Days from the date of the original purchase to return the product to receive your refund. Any return received after the TEN (10) DAY time limit will not be processed.
Original Receipt is required otherwise, in-store credit will be provided.
FOR ONLINE PRODUCTS:
Online Products: You have FOURTEEN (14) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for your online purchase. Any refund request after the FOURTEEN (14) DAY time limit will not be processed.
